Pebbles (Parent Participation) - you will have your own watch day during class week of 12/7
HipHop - you will select one of the shirts - when you size you are welcome to OVERSIZE!
CLUB TEAMS - see CODE in separate email. JUST GET SIZED - Schedule requests come later. LOOK HERE! It is a Wonderfully Wrapped Christmas. CLICK TO SEE DESIGNS! Sizing in SHOP - order is due before 10/22.
We are on break the week of Thanksgiving and the last class day of the new year is 12/10 -- EVERYONE returns for Rec Classes on 1/4
A note about tuition and billing. We are currently in the 3rd week of the 2nd cycle of 4 weeks. More detail provided at the link from earlier emails below.

🚗 TRAFFIC PATTERN — VERY IMPORTANT!
With all of our programs running at the same time, RSA has a specific traffic pattern for drop-off and parking.
➡️ REC CLASS FAMILIES:
Please PARK and enter through the DOUBLE GLASS DOORS on the SOUTH/LEFT side of our main entrance.
🚫 The other side is reserved for After School Care.🚫 The drive-thru is strictly for Team drop-off.

📱 CHECK IN WITH YOUR QR CODE!
Every child must be brought to their check-in area by a parent.
⏰ Children may be left no more than 5 minutes before class.⏰ Children must be picked up by a parent within 2 minutes after class ends.

🤸 School Age All Events — Boys or Girls Glass door LEFT of the stairs, near the cubbies & benches.
💃 School Age GYM/DANCE Combo & DANCE ONLY Classes Upstairs in the Red Studio — you'll start in Dance.
🥷 Ninja Glass door RIGHT of the stairs.
🤸 Tumbling & Trampoline Glass door RIGHT of the stairs.
💃 Dance-Only Classes Upstairs in the Red Studio.
🌱 Parent/Tot & Other Preschool Gym Classes
Go upstairs and straight down the big hallway to the GROW GYM.
🌱💃 Preschool Gym/Dance Combo Classes
Start upstairs in the Red Studio, then move to the GROW GYM.

🌱 GROW GYM / PRESCHOOL PARENTS
Coaches will call children into the gym by class time.
If you have a little one participating, we expect you to remain in the GROW watch area during class.
If you also have a child in the Big Gym, just let the coaches know you may step over to watch them as well — that way we know where to find you if your little one needs you.
🚻 We will ask you to come in and assist your child with restroom needs.

🤸 BIG GYM PARENTS
We have multiple viewing areas upstairs and downstairs for you to watch your athlete!
For everyone's safety, please do not enter the Big Gym during classes.

We do have one! It is located on the After School Care side of the front desk.

We know our system generates lots of emails-many are great because they will remind of class and link you to reschedule. But, we do know that those "approval" emails were confusing. The important ones are the reservation confirmation ones as well as Class UPDATES! AGAIN -- THEY MAY BE IN YOUR SPAM. See email above to find and mark as safe!
We know things change. If you now need a different schedule for the majority of the year, please follow this link to make the request. Even if you have emailed, please complete the request if your dashboard is not showing as you would expect. Understand that we are working through everyone's first requests before we start on any 2nd ones.
