Rock Solid Athletics is looking for coaches that love God and love kids. 1 Timothy 4:8 is our mission statement on the competition floor and in life. Current open positions include the following: 

Girls Competitive Team Coach-

Under the leadership of our head team coach, be a role model and coach for our competitive team girls (Level 2+, Xcel).

Rec Class Manager-

Under the leadership of our management team, create recreational curriculums and lead our college staffers to success with nightly rec classes (Gymnastics, T&T, Ninja, Dance).

 

(One rock star employee may fulfill multiple of these positions)

 

All full-time position contracts at RSA include paid time off (70hours) plus holiday pay (20days), basic health care, child care if needed, and the full loving support of the Rock Solid owner group. Full-time positions are also expected to contribute to ALL Rock Solid programs and events including the multiple district/state/regional meets hosted in our facility as well as 60 days of summer camp.
