UPDATE for Camp **** 2025

Hello West Texas Training Campers!

Our coaching staff and crew are looking forward to hosting a great camp for your athletes.
Below are some details for you to know.
Check In: 4:00- 4:45pm Friday. We will have a table set up in the lobby. An adult will need to come inside with the athletes to sign them in.
allergies/medication needs and special diet needs will be noted at check in
Workout will begin at 5:00pm
Check Out: Noon on Sunday
the dance show/awards will begin promptly at 11:30 - don't miss it
Meals:
Friday Evening: Pizza, fruit, veggies & dessert
Saturday/Sunday Breakfast: Cereals, Breakfast Bars, muffins, & Fruit
Saturday Lunch: Chick Fil A Nuggets, Fruit & dessert
Saturday Evening: Sandwiches, chips, fruit & veggies
overnight and between meal snacks will also be provided
Overnight Supervision: Female adults will supervise the gym throughout the nights.
The doors will remain locked after 8:00pm. If your child will NOT stay the night - you may pick them up before 9:00pm & have them back between 7:30-8:15 the next morning.
