*This should only take a few minutes & you probably do not need these step by step directions.
Click the appropriate link in the table below.
Click Schedule this option.
Select your athlete (one child at a time unless same level)
Scroll to find the correct "apply" button
Select the "Fill Out Forms/Docs button.
There is a Form and a Document to complete.

*Please make sure the card on file will work to process the reg fee. There is a lot of clicking for me to get things setup so it is important that the card works the first time.
The firm deadline is by end of day 5/15.
If you are able to allow me to complete the setup prior to 5/1 it will save you $15 on the reg fee. We will have new people waiting to join following their evaluation on 5/10. So we must know what places we have open to follow-up on those.
REMINDER - please know that coaches have scheduled meeting times and just "catching" them for more than a simple quick answer is not best.
