NEW Off-Schedule Workout Pilot Program

Girls AA Team Families (Middle School & Older),


Schedule conflicts?


I know this is last minute, but I think this is GOOD and I wanted to share it NOW! This has been something we have discussed and pondered for quite a while, but last night I finally felt like we had a workable administrative structure that would allow for a limited amount of schedule flexibility while still protecting the consistency and accountability required for team training.


Because team commitments for the upcoming season are due, we wanted to share this information now. If this pilot program changes something you have already submitted regarding next season’s commitment, no problem — simply send me an email by lunch tomorrow.


Beginning this season, we will pilot an “Off-Schedule” credit system for Girls AA Team athletes entering Middle School or older.


Eligible athletes will receive 8 included “Off-Schedule” credits that may be used throughout the year to reserve eligible available workout times outside of their normal assigned training schedule.


A few important details:


• These workouts are intended to help families navigate occasional scheduling conflicts and commitments outside of their normal assigned practice schedule.


• Athletes attending an Off-Schedule workout will participate within the structure of the workout already taking place during that training time.


• Off-Schedule workouts are supplemental opportunities and are not intended to replace an athlete’s assigned training group or weekly commitment.


• Space will be limited each day and reservations will only become available up to 3 weeks in advance through the Customer Hub.


• Families may self-cancel or self-reschedule these extra workouts through the Customer Hub by the day prior to the reservation.


• Additional Off-Schedule credits beyond the included 8 may be available for purchase at $26 each.


• Unused Off-Schedule credits expire at the end of the season and do not roll forward.


Our coaches already do an incredible job balancing structure, athlete development, and family needs. We believe this addition creates another way to partner with families while still protecting the consistency needed for long-term athlete success.
